Are you a midlife mama who feels disconnected from God, feeling like you’re made for “more” but not sure what “more” means in the next phase of life?

Do you long to have confidence in your identity in Christ and develop a strong, consistent relationship with Him - instead of feeling like you’re constantly making mistakes?

When you’re struggling with what to do next, do you check ChatGPT more than you open your Bible?

You’re in the right place! If you're facing fears about your role as a mom, wife, or woman of faith in midlife, it’s time to dive into biblical wisdom to guide you toward greater confidence, joy, and purpose.

Hey I’m Amy, Christian mindset Coach, Ministry wife and mountain mama of 3!

After homeschooling my kids for 13 years, they transitioned to public school. I filled the extra time with volunteering, serving, giving more of my time - only to feel lost and empty. I thought I could earn God’s favor and then he would send a lightning bolt from heaven to strike me with purpose, contentment, and JOY. Believe me, nothing was further from the truth!

Finally, I learned how to reconnect with God, rediscover my purpose, renew my mind and reset my emotions to generate joy, God’s way. And I’m here to help you, my midlife mama friend, do the same!

By using simple cognitive behavioral techniques supported by brain science and scripture, I’m here to help you bridge the gap between who you are and who you are meant to be!

If you are ready for Biblical encouragement, growth mindset solutions, and simple habits rooted in scripture with results that are undeniable like freedom, focus, and fulfillment in the next phase of life - this podcast is for you!

So, grab a notebook and pen and turn up those earpods, friend…

And let's get started.

*Amy serves in ministry with her husband Spencer at Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters and Red Oak Church. They live in Western North Carolina with their three children.
