Travis is a New York-based sommelier currently working at Il Buco Alimentari &amp; Vineria and with Wine and Hip-Hop. With a diverse background in hospitality and wine, Travis blends classic wine expertise with modern cultural intersections. As a Brand Ambassador for both Calvisius Caviar and Living Roots Winery, he champions cool-climate wines and unique caviar pairings. He’s also heavily involved in pushing inclusivity within the wine industry through projects like Wine Unify, and promoting alternative winemaking practices with “Anything But Vinifera.” Travis is committed to making wine accessible and approachable, reflecting his passion for the convergence of wine, food, and community.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Karla Ravagnolo holds the WSET Level 3 Certificate and has an endless curiosity for all things wine and beverage. Her never-ending quest for knowledge has led her to multiple international beverage experiences in Italy, the USA and Japan.
During her time at Colangelo &amp; Partners, a New-York based wine PR agency, she recognized the challenges of conveying the cultural, geographical and historical value of Italian wine to an international and inter-generational audience.
