However, his high carb lifestyle up to age 50 resulted in prediabetes, CAC of 639, lower left quadrant pain, overweight, skin issues etc, all of which he has been able to reverse with a high fat, zero carb carnivore diet and now he is helping his clients and others do the same with the same approach.
