On Wednesday, April 24th SamouraiWallet and Tdev were arrested by authorities for "running" a "Money Transmitter Business" and conspiracy to commit "money laundering". These are bullshit charges and a great example of manipulating the "rules of the game" to catch any fish in your net. Samourai Wallet is not a "MTB". They never custody users funds. Samourai Wallet did not conspire to commit "money laundering". Users of Samourai Wallet may commit what the state deems "money laundering", but Samourai Wallet does not distinguish those users from others. If you are a Samourai Wallet user and you were connected to their node, then make sure you take slow calculated steps to regain access to your funds. Do not get baited by scammers in Telegram Chats. Pay attention to pinned comments in the telegram chat, that will help you.
