Jim, a young cowboy visiting the city, inadvertently lassos and captures Father Time, bringing the world to a standstill. Initially amused by his power, Jim plays pranks on the frozen townspeople. However, the eerie stillness begins to unsettle him. Father Time convinces Jim to release him by promising not to seek revenge. Once freed, Time disappears, and the world resumes its course, with Jim's pranks unfolding chaotically, much to his delight. However, his fun is short-lived as the butcher scolds him for neglecting his errand.
