Luis' extensive background includes experience as Lead Sommelier at Le Cirque Restaurant at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas, National Sales Director at Knight's Bridge Winery, VP of Sales of Domaine Serene Winery, and Sales Director of the Latin Americas for Kendall Jackson, Adjunct Professor at the University of Las Vegas, head judge for the Miami International Wine Fair.

Luisa Rocca grew up surrounded by the world of winemaking, breathing in its atmosphere from an early age. For her and her family, wine has never been just a business—it is a passion, a way of life, and a reflection of their deep respect for the land.
In 2005, Luisa began working full-time at the winery, initially focusing on administration, accounting, and logistics. As she expanded her expertise, she deepened her knowledge of English and gradually took on responsibilities in export and public relations. Today, she oversees sales and manages the winery’s operations, while her brothers Francesco and Bruno are in charge of viticulture and production.
